Buyers should check the import regulations of their country before placing order to Tokyo Arms. We will not be responsible for confiscating and seizure of goods by customs. No refund of your order can be made under such situations.

All guns ship to United States will have their Muzzle painted in orange/red, and all trademark will be permanently removed or covered by stickers in black.

All goods we stock are inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before we ship to you. We will provide free repairing service for any AEG purchase within a week, if you got a bad toy from us with 1 week you can send me back for repair, you need to take care of the in and out shipping cost of the item.
Most Chinese made AEG has cosmetic defect (scratch or dent) out of box, and we will not provide refund for that reason.
